Led by Council Chairman Mr Peter Lam and Chairman Mr Andrew Leung, BPA members unveil the plaque of the secretariat office, ushering in a new chapter of BPA. Mr Leung says that the office has been running smoothly since it was founded last October and it has played an important role in promoting ties between BPA and various sectors of the community.
