Mr Raymond Tam, Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, presented a certificate and a cash prize of $5,000 to the student whose design of the Linking Horse cushion won the New Year Fair Product Design Competition.

Mr Lai Tung-kwok, Secretary for Security, presented a certificate and a cash prize of $3,000 to the Competition’s 1st runner-up, whose product design was an iPad case for the Year of the Horse.
