Dr WK Lo brings his musical talent to Dragon Boat Festival celebrations
In anticipation of the Dragon Boat Festival, Dr. Lo Wai-kwok, BPA Vice Chairman, today (25 May) delivered a congratulatory speech through a Dragon Boat Song, a Chinese traditional art form in narrative singing.
